A quick way to track your muscle recovery. After training one or more muscles, simply tap on them to initiate their recovery illustration process.

You can modify the recovery time for each muscle individually in settings. Keep in mind that the recommended recovery time will vary from person to person.

Group muscles that are frequently trained together. Tapping on one of those muscles will automatically activate the other ones in its group.

Secondary muscle damage is taken into consideration and can be adjusted. For example when a muscle such as chest is trained the secondary muscles are your front deltoids and triceps.

Training frequency, total times trained, training history and current muscle state are all tracked allowing the user to tailor and improve their training routine.
